Cancellation Policy - Scratch 'N Sniff Pet Service

Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking. By scheduling services with Scratch 'N Sniff Pet Service, you agree to the following terms:

 

Dog Walking Services:

  • Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to your scheduled walk to avoid charges
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged the full service price

Pet Sitting, Boarding, Overnight & Holiday Visits:

  • A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your booked stay will result in being charged for the entire booking amount

Holiday Services: Services booked during the following holidays require an additional $75 holiday fee: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. The standard cancellation policies above apply to all holiday bookings, with the holiday fee included in any applicable charges.

 

General Policy Notes:

  • Cancellation time is calculated from the first scheduled visit
  • All cancellation fees are strictly enforced to ensure fair compensation for our reserved time and lost booking opportunities
  • We understand emergencies happen, but our policy helps us maintain consistent, reliable service for all clients

How to Cancel: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations must be confirmed by Scratch 'N Sniff Pet Service to be considered valid.
